How lead times work
The time from approval to delivery depends on three things:
- The product: some items are ready to decorate, others are made to order.
- The decoration: a one-colour print is quicker than embroidery or a custom-moulded shape.
- The quantity: larger runs take longer to produce and pack.
Every quote states the expected delivery date for your order, so you know before you commit.
Planning around an event
Tell us your in-hands date (the day you need the goods, not the event day) when you request a quote. We confirm whether it is achievable before you order, and suggest faster alternatives if it is tight.
The clock starts once you approve the proof, so a quick approval keeps your order on schedule.
What your quote includes
Your quote spells out the product, decoration, quantity, delivery and any other charges, so the price you approve is the price you pay.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way we send you the tracking details.
