Terms of trade

1. Quotes

Quotes are in Australian dollars and are based on the product, decoration, quantity and delivery details set out in the quote. They are valid for the period stated on the quote. If the details change, the price and delivery date may change too, and we will confirm them with you before going ahead.

2. Placing an order

Your order is confirmed when you accept the quote, approve the proof, and meet the payment terms stated on the quote or invoice.

3. Artwork and proofs

• By sending us a logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it on the products you order.
• We send a proof before production. Please check spelling, logo, colours, size and position carefully. We produce your order as shown on the approved proof.
• If artwork needs to be redrawn or adjusted to print well, we will tell you before doing it.

4. Colours and finish

Screens and printed materials show colour differently, so small variations in colour, size and print position between the proof and the finished product, and between production runs, are normal. Where colour matters, give us your Pantone references.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates confirmed in your quote. If something will affect the date, we tell you as soon as we know. Please check your goods when they arrive and let us know promptly if anything is wrong, so we can put it right quickly.

6. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order at no cost before you approve the proof. Once production has started, items have been made to your specification, so a cancellation may incur the costs already committed. We will tell you what they are.

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged in transit or differ from the approved proof, contact us and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
