How it works

1. Send your request

   Choose a product (or tell us what you have in mind), the quantity, and the date you need it by. Attach your logo if you have it handy.

2. Get a quote and a free mock-up

   We reply by email with pricing and a digital mock-up showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day.

3. Approve the proof

   Check the mock-up: logo, colours, size and position. We only go to production once you have approved it in writing.

4. Production

   Your order is made and decorated with your logo. We keep you updated on progress and on the expected delivery date.

5. Delivery

   Your order is delivered to your door, anywhere in Australia.

What we need from you

• Your logo, ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). A high-resolution PNG works too. If you only have a low-quality image, tell us and we will advise.
• Quantity and any colour or size preferences.
• Your in-hands date, so we can confirm it is achievable before you order.
• The delivery address, so the quote includes delivery.
