We only collect what we need to quote, make and deliver your order, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Details you give us in the quote form or by email: your name, company, email address, phone number, the products and quantities you are interested in, your dates, and any message.
Files you send us, such as logos and artwork.
When you order: delivery address, contact person, and invoicing details.
Our email conversations with you.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes and mock-ups.
To make, decorate and deliver your order, and to invoice you.
To follow up on a quote we have sent you.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We will not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed with the providers who help us run the business:

Website hosting, security and spam protection (Cloudflare), including the security check on our quote form.
Email (Google), where your enquiries and our replies are stored.
Internal notifications (Slack), which alert our team to a new enquiry.
Production partners and couriers, who receive the artwork, order details and delivery details needed to make and deliver your order.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, for example in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers with strong security, keep access limited to the people who need it, and keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email enquiries@gestureandco.com.
